If you had to ask our residents, they’d tell you that no one at Renishaw Hills ever needs a reason to get together. Although we’re always ready to embrace the festive season, we thought we would use the launch of our 12 specially-priced RTO units as the perfect excuse for an Open Day with a difference!
On the 16th December, the Renishaw Hills family and members of the public came together to enjoy Music On The Lawns courtesy of our very own Terry Smith. As a proud resident, Terry played some well-known hits and got everyone into the holiday mood. Other residents manned a gin bar and served light lunch. Both were met with great delight.
Visitors to the village enjoyed a personalised tour. Here, they were able to view our 12 Reversionary Transfer Obligation (RTO) units that are going at reduced prices for a limited time only. These affordable homes are in high demand as many are flocking south to enjoy greater value, lifestyle and community.
