Approval to develop

At its December Council meeting, Umdoni Municipality approved the entire Renishaw area for mixed-use development. This includes 25 hectares, which will become the Renishaw Hills mature lifestyle village. This approval follows the 2013 Environmental approval and the 2014 Department of Agriculture consent.
